Delivery:
24h-48h Fully Tracked Delivery + Next Day Delivery
Orders received by 1PM will be despatched same day, you will receive normally as per the delivery option stated.
PLEASE NOTE; Orders after 1pm will be sent the following day on the service you have selected, Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holiday orders are sent Monday, or next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been despatched, it will include your Tracking Number and delivery details.
If you provide your mobile number on check-out, you will be notified via SMS, 2 hours prior to delivery.
Return & Refund Policy:

Product Condition:
We sell returns direct from the manufacturer, professionally refurbished in our own factory in the UK, fully electrical, functional and quality checked, cleaned and repaired when necessary.
Manufacturer Refurbished:
• Small Appliances i.e. irons, kettles, toasters etc
• Products are in excellent condition and offer great value for money, however they may have very light cosmetic handling marks, if looked closely i.e. traces of dried water in reservoirs, faint scratches on cup holders or light blemishes on bodies.
• Most products are in original packaging that may sometimes be tatty, or repacked in a plain box.
• Full 90 Day Warranty.
• Gardening Machines
• Lawnmowers are professionally checked and cleaned, they may well have signs of use but nothing major.
